2. Declaration Of Interest:
Councillors to state any known conflict of interest, personal or believed prejudicial on agenda items
3. Minutes:
Minutes from meeting held on 05/03/24 will be presented for approval.
4. Matters Arising:.
The Clerk and others as appropriate will update on any relevant points.
5. Borough & County Councillor Reports:
To be received as appropriate, to include any update on outstanding highway matters from NCC.
6. Administration & Financial Matters:
The RFO will update as appropriate including payments of accounts.
7. Social Media Policy:
Members to discuss the draft policy produced by the Clerk.
